Welcome to JimJay Dog Training. My name is Jimmy and I am based in Solihull, Birmingham. I provide training in dog obedience for the real world and behaviour modification for undesirable behaviours. As well as training the dogs I provide training to the owners so that that they can prevent their dogs regressing into unwanted behaviours and to continue the training. I offer one to one lessons and a Board & Train service, helping you train your dog or to resolve specific dog behavioural issues that you may be facing. Dog training for me is not just a business but a passion. My goal is for all my clients to have the same harmonious relationship with their dogs that I and my family have with our dog.

Residential training is a boot camp for dogs with behaviour problems for owners that may not have the skills or time to fix specific behavioural issues. We offer 3 or 4 week training packages, or we can tailor an extended 6 week package for behaviours, such as aggression issues that may take longer to fix.

I provide the following training and behaviour modification:
- General obedience – Heelwork, Recall etc
- Leash reactivity to other dogs, walkers, livestock, visitors, etc.
- Dogs with fears and anxieties of any sort
- Dogs requiring socialisation
- Separation Anxiety
- Resource guarding
- Excessive barking
